Tom Lewis is a Professor of Law in Nottingham Law School. Before entering academia he practised as a solicitor. He has taught, researched and published on human rights law for many years, with a particular emphasis on freedom of expression and freedom of religion and belief. His recent publications explore the interrelationship of human rights, law, history and collective memory - especially in relation to contested public memorialisations. Click here for more information
